Perimeter of Rhombus = 4s = 28cm
 = >4s = 28 \\ = > s = \frac{28}{4} \\ = > s = 7cm

Area of Rhombus = b x h = 98cm²
 = > b \times h = 98 \\ = > s \times a = 98 \\ = > a = \frac{98}{s} \\ = > a = \frac{98}{7} \\ = > a = 14cm
So,
Altitude of the Rhombus is 14cm.
