area of triangle = 1/2 base × height
=1/2 × 24 × 16
= 192 sq.cm
area of rhombus = product of diagonal / 2
let the diagonal be x
so, 19.2× x/2 = 192
x = 19.2 ×2 / 192
x=20 cm
Hope it helps
