Solution :-

Length of the perpendicular = 25 cm

Area of triangle = 100 cm²

Length of the other side or base = ?

Area of triangle = 1/2*Base*Height

⇒ 100 = 1/2*Base*25

⇒ Base = (100*2)/25

⇒ Base = 200/25

⇒ Base = 8 cm

So, length of base is 8 cm

Area of the triangle = 1/2 ×bh

100 = 1/2 × b×25

25b/2= 100

25b = 100×2

25b = 200

b = 200/25 =8

Perpendicular sides of the triangle = 25 & 8
