Given,

Area of rhombus = 28cm

one of its diagonal = 4cm

Perimeter of rhombus is = 4a

Here a = 4

so substitute the value of a in the formula.

= 4a
= 4×4
= 16 cm.

Therefore the perimeter of rhombus is 16cm.
