The area of a room is 65 1/4 m if it's breadth is 5 7/16 what is the length

Area of a rectangle = length × breadth
65 1/4m= x ( let the length be x) ×5 7/16
X = 65 1/4 ÷ 5 7/16
X = 261/4 ÷ 87/16
X= 12/1 or 127306
