Area of a sector=πr² × Ф/360. (Formula)

π = 22/7

r= 7 cm

Ф = 45

Then area,

(by putting the values in that formula)

= 22/7 × 7 × 7 × 45/360

= 19.25 cm² (ans)

Answer:

19.25 cm²

Step-by-step explanation:

Area of full circle is π*(radius)² ≈ (22/7)*7*7 = 154 cm²

Therefore area of sector with central angle 45° is (45°/360°)*154 = 19.25 cm²
