Answer:

Given area of square and parallelogram are some.

Area of square =S×S

perimeter of square =4×S

160m=4×S

4

160

=S

∴S=40cm

Area =40×40=1600m

2

∴ Area of square =1600m

2

∴ Area of parallelogram=Base×height

1600=B×20

20

1600

=B

B=80

∴ corresponding base of the parallelogram is 80m.

Answer:

80 meters

Step-by-step explanation:

Area of a square = S*S

Perimeter of a square = 4*S

160 meter = 4*S

160/4 = S

40 CM = S

therefore S = 40

Area of a parallelogram = base*height

1600 meters = B*20

1600/20 meters =B

80 meters =B
