the area of a square and a rectangle are equal .If the side of the square is 30cm and breath of the rectangle is 15cm , find the length of the rectangle. Also, find the perimeter of the rectangle​

area of a square = arae of rectangle

So area of rectangle = 900cm^2

Area of rectangle = length × breadth

900 = length × 15

Length = 900 / 15

= 60 cm

Perimeter of rectangle = 2 × ( l + b )

= 2 × ( 15 + 60 )

= 2 × 75

Perimeter of rectangle = 150 cm
