Perimeter of a square = 4a = 420 cm
a = 420/4 = 105 cm

Area of square = a^2 = 105^2 = 11025 cm^2
Area of square = area of rectangle
Area of rectangle = 11025 cm^2
Area of a rectangle = l*b
11025 = 125b
b = 11025/125
b = 88.2 cm

Perimeter of rectangle = 2(l+b)
P = 2(125+88.2)
P = 2*213.2 = 426.4 cm

Difference between perimeter of square and rectangle = 426.4 - 420 = 6.4 or 6.40 m^2

Therefore, we got 6.40 m^2.
