Let the breadth of rectangle be x

Then length be 2side of square= √5184= 72

Therefore perimeter of square =perimeter of rectangle

4a=2(2x+x)

4a=6x

x=2a/3

x=2×72/3

x=48

Breadth is 48

Length is 2×48=96

Area of rectangle is l×b

48×96= 4608
