perimeter of square = perimeter of the rectangle (GIVEN)
area of a square = s*s = 5184 
s = square root of 5184 = 72 m 
perimeter of square = 4s = 4 * 72 = 288 m
let length be 2x and breadth be x
x + 2x = 288 m 
3x = 288
x = 96 m 
x = breadth = 96 m 
2x = length = 192 m 
area of a rectangle = l*b
= 96 * 192 m = 18432 m ^2
