then the perimeter of the square field=4×a=4×72=288m
so the perimeter of the rectangular field=2(l+b)
288=2(2b+b)
288=2(3b)
288=6b
288/6=b

then length=2b =2×48=96
so,
length=96m;breadth=48m
then area of the rectangular field=l×b
48×96=4608m^2
