Let side of square be S, length of rectangle be l and breadth be b.

l=2b

S^2 = 5184

S = 72

Perimeter= 4S = 288

Perimeter=2(l+b)=2(2b+b)=2(3b)=6b

6b=288

b=48

l=96

Area = lb = 48*96 = 4608m^2
