Area of the field=60025 m^{2}60025m
2

We know the formula
Area= Side^{2}Area=Side
2
(for a square).
⇒60025=side²
⇒side=√60025
⇒side=+245 m or - 245 m.
Neglecting -ve value side=245 m.
⇒Perimeter=4*Side(For a square)
⇒P=245*4 m (Which is also the total distance)
⇒Speed= 18 km/h
⇒18 km/h=18*\frac{5}{18}
18
5

m/s=5 m/s.
⇒Time=\frac{Distance}{Speed}
Speed
Distance

⇒\frac{245*4}{5} sec
5
245∗4

sec
=49*4 seconds
=196 seconds.
Ans:The required time is 196 seconds.

Given that Area of square field = 60025m^2.

We know that Area of square = s^2.

= > s^2 = 60025

= > s = 245 m.

So, side of a square field = 245 m.

We know that perimeter of square field = 4s.

= 4 * 245

= 980m.

Given that Speed = 18km/hr

= 18 * (5/18) m/s

= 5 m/s.

We know that Time = Distance/Speed

= 980/5

= 196s

= 3 mins 16 sec

= 3.16 m/sec.

Hope this helps!
