area of square = side^2
7056 = side^2
84 = side
side = 84m
now,
perimeter of square = 4 × side
= 4 × 84
= 336m

now,
assuming the breadth be k
so, the lenght be 3k
perimeter of rectangle = 2 (l + b)
336 = 2 ( k + 3k)
336 = 2×(4k)
336 =8k
42 = k
so,
area = l × b
= 42 × (42 × 3)
= 5292m^2
