Area of square field = 1 hectare

1 hectare = 10000 m^2

So the area of square field = 10000 m^2

Then the length of a side  = root under 10000

                                          = 100 m

Therefore perimeter of the square = 4 * side

                                                           = 4* 100

                                                          =400 m

      Cost of fencing per meter = 26.50 rupees

Therefore cost of fencing square field = 26.50 * 400

                                                                = 10600 rupees
