the area of a square fiend is 7056sq.m. a rectangle field has its length twice it's breadth the square field and the rectangular field have same perimeter find the area of the rectangular field ​

area of square field=side^2

7056= side^2

84^2=side^2

84= side

perimeter of square= 4×side

perimeter of square=4×84

perimeter of square=336m

let the breadth be x.

let the length be 2x.

As given that

perimeter of square=perimeter of rectangle

perimeter of rectangle = 2(l+b)

336m =2(2x+x)

336m=2(3x)

336÷2=3x

168=3x

168÷3=x

56=x

length =2x=2×56=112

breadth=x=56

area of rectangular field=l×b

=112×56

=6272m^2
