area of square=a²
49=a²
a=7
p(square)=4a
=4*7
=28
p(rectangle)=2(L+b)
28=2(9.3+b)
14=9.3+b
b=14-9.3
therefore,b=4.7
49=a²
a=7
p(square)=4a
=4*7
=28
p(rectangle)=2(L+b)
28=2(9.3+b)
14=9.3+b
b=14-9.3
therefore,b=4.7
