Answer:

The Perimeter of the square is 120 cm .

Next two diagram contain (Option D) 13 and 16 boxes .

Step-by-step explanation:

Given -

Area of a square is 900cm²

To find -

The perimeter of the square

Solution -

As we know that,

Area of a square = a^{2}

Where ,

a is a side length of a square.

Put the given value in these formula we get,

900=a^{2}

When square of a is get transferred from right to left it becomes square root.

a= \sqrt{900}

900 is a square of 30 ,

So,

a=30

Perimeter of the square = 4a

As, a equal to 30

Perimeter of the square = 4 \times 30

Perimeter of the square = 120 \: cm

The Perimeter of the square is 120 cm .

Picture Q.

Ans -

As, In each case one box each is getting add to left , right and top .

So, total 3 boxes added after each stage

stage 1 = 1 box

stage 2 = 1+3=4 box

Stage 3 = 4+3=7 box

Stage 4 = 7+3= 10box

Stage 5 = 10+3=13 box

Stage 6 = 13+3=16 box
