Step-by-step explanation:

1) Area of square = 9x² + 24xy + 16y² = (3x + 4y)²

side of square = ?

Area of a square = (side)²

⇒side = √area

⇒side = √(3x + 4y)²

⇒ Side = 3x + 4y

2)Area of rectangle = x² + 7x + 12

breadth = (x + 3)

length = ?

area = x² + 7x + 12

= x² + 3x + 4x + 12

= x(x + 3) + 4(x + 3)

= (x + 3)(x + 4)

Area of rectangle = length × breadth

⇒Length = area/breadth

⇒Length = (x + 3)(x + 4) / (x+3)

⇒ Length = (x + 4)
