atq,     (x+5)*(x-3) = x²

     or, x² + 5x - 3x - 15 = x²

     or,   x = 15/2 = 7.5 cm

∴ the perimeter = 2[( 7.5 + 5) + (7.5 - 3)]

                          = 2 * [12.5 + 4.5] =34 cm
