EXPLANATION.

Area of a square is equal to the area of circle.

As we know that,

Area of the square = s².

⇒ A₁ = a². - - - - - (1).

Area of the circle = πr².

⇒ A₂ = πr². - - - - - (2).

⇒ A₁ = A₂.

⇒ a² = πr².

⇒ a²/r² = π.

⇒ (a/r)² = π.

⇒ (a/r) = √π.

Ratio between the side of the square and the radius of circle,

⇒ √π : 1.

MORE INFORMATION.

(1) = Volume of cuboid = L x B x H.

(2) = Volume of cube = a³.

(3) = Volume of cylinder = πr²h.

(4) = Volume of cone = 1/3πr²h.

(5) = Volume of hemisphere = 2/3πr³.

(6) = Volume of sphere = 4/3πr³.
