area \: of \: square = area \: of \: rectangle

side \: ofsquare = 40m \\ \\ area \: of \: square = 40 \times 40 = 1600

area \: ofrectangle = l \times b \\ 1600 = 64 \times b \\ b = \frac{1600}{64} = 25m

perimeter \: of \: rectangular \\ \: park = 2(l + b) \\ = 2(64 + 25) = 2 \times 89 =17 8m
