Bro the breadth is 40
Because
Area of square = Area of rectangle
Side sq. = lb
60 * 60 = 90b
b = 60*60 / 90
b = 40

Area of square park = Area of a Rectangular park

(Side)² = L×B

Substituting the value, we get :-

(60)² = 90 × B

 B = \dfrac{60×60}{90}

 B = \dfrac{3600}{90}

\huge{\boxed{\color{navy}{B\:=\:40m}}}

∴ Breadth of Rectangular park is = 40 m.
