Hi friend!

Answer:

Area of square plot = 8100m²
Length of its side =
 \sqrt{8100m^{2} }  = 90m
(because area = side²)

Perimeter = 4s (s = side)
= 4 × 90 = 360m

Speed = 3 km/hour
= 3000 meter/hour
= 3000 meter per 60 minutes

We can get the answer by cross multiplication.
Time that man will take = x

By doing cross multiplication:
3000x = 300 \times 60 \\ x =  \frac{360 \times 60}{3000}  \\ x =  \frac{36}{5}  = 7.2

As we got here, x = 7.2

Therefore, the man will take 7.2 minutes (7 min 12 sec) to go round the plot once.

Hope you found my answer helpful. Keep Smiling!
