area of square = a×a

90×90

area of rectangle=l×b=100×z

8100=100z

z=81

in the starting it is given that they have same area

Answer:

breadth = 81 m

Step-by-step explanation:

a = side of the square

l = length

b = breadth

Area of the square plot = a^2 = 90 * 90 = 8100m^2

Area of the rectangular plot = l*b

Area of the rectangular plot = Area of thre square

100 * b = 8100

b = 8100/100 = 81 m

Both shape encloses equal area because it is given.
