Given:-

• Area of Square = 144m²

• Cost of chips flooring of the room = 25 per m².

To Find:-

• Perimeter of room and cost of flooring chips .

Solution:-

The rate of chips flooring 25 Per m²

Area of Squared room = 144m²

Total Cost = 144×25

→ Total Cost = 3600

Therefore, the total cost of chips flooring is Rs 3600.

Now , calculating the Perimeter of room.

As we know that Area of Square = Side²

→ 144 = Side²

→ Side² = 144

→ Side = √144

→ Side = 12 m

Perimeter of Square Room = 4×side

→ Perimeter of Square Room = 4×12

→ Perimeter of Square Room = 48m

Therefore, the perimeter of the Square Room is 48 metres.
