Step-by-step explanation:

the length of other parallel side is 2

104=1/2(a+b)h

104=1/2(14+b)8

104=96+4b

8=4b

b=2

Answer:

Let the other parrallel side be x

Area of trapezium= 1/2 x sum of || sides x Height

= 1/2 x (x+14) x 8

104= 4(x+14)

104= 4x+56

4x= 104-56

x= 48/4

x=12

Hence,the length of the other parallel side is 12
