I am also guessing that you meant 28 cm^2
Area, A=(a+b)h/2
a,b= length of parallel sides
h=length of altitude
a=6cm
A=28 cm^2
h=4cm
(a+b)h/2=28
(a+b)h=56
6+b=56/4=14
b=14–6=8cm
SO, Length of the other parallel side is 8cm if the question is edited like I did.
