the area of a trapezium is 120m2 and its height is 12m. if the one of the parallel side is longer than the other by 10m, find the length of the parallel sides

Area of trapezium=1/2×(sum of parallel side) × hieght

120=1/2×(10+other parallel side)×12

120=(10+other parallel side)×6

120/6=10+parallel side

20=10+parallel side

parallel side=10m
