According to the question

 \frac{1}{2} (x + x + 6) \times 9 = 180 \\  \\  \frac{1}{2}  \times (2x + 6) = 20 \\  \\ x + 3 = 20 \\  \\ x = 17

So first side = 17cm

Second side =17+9=23cm
