Take the first parallel side be x

then other side=x+4

we know

area of trapezium as 1/2(sum of it's parallel side)×h

=1/2(2x+4)×9

=>(x+2)×9=195

=>x+2=21.6

=>x=19.6

other side

=>19.6+4=23.6

{hope it helps}
