Let the first parallel side be x
and the second side be x+6

AREA OF TRAPEZIUM= 1/2(sum of parallel sides)× hright
=>1/2(x+x+6)×8=200
=>(2x+6)×8=200×2
=>16x+48=400
=>16x=400-48
=>16x=352
=>x=352/16
x=7.65
first side=7.65
second side=7.65+6
=13.65
and the second side be x+6
