the area of a trapezium is 210 cm2 and it's height is 14 cm . if one of the parallel sides is double that of the other, find the two parallel sides.

let one of the parallel sides be x then as per question the other side will be 2x. now use the formula for area of trapezium i.e. 1/2*(sum of parallel sides)* height.
after putting the values given in the formula you will find out the value of x.... this will give the one side the other side will be double of this value
