area = height × (sum of parallel sides)

234 = height × 20 + 32

234 = height × 52

234/52 = h

4.5 =h

Base₁ = 20  cm

Base₂ = 32  cm

Area = 234  cm²

Height = 2\ \frac{Area }{Base_1 + Base_2}

Height = 2\ \frac{234}{30 + 32}

Height = 2\ (\frac{234}{52})\\\\\\Height = 2\ (4.5)\\\\\\Height = 9\ cm
