Area =2400
Height =40m
2400=1/2( 75+x)40
2400/20=75+x

Area of Trapezium = $\frac{ha+hb}{2}$

2400 = $\frac{75 × 4 + 75 × x}{2}$

2400 × 2 = 300 + 75x

4800 - 300 = 75x

4500 = 75x

x = $\frac{4500}{75}$

x = 60

∴ The Length of the other side is 60 m.
