Answer:

If one side is a then the other side is a−16 since the difference of parallel sides is 16

∴ A =

2

1

(a+a−16)×15=300

2

1

(2a−16)×15=300

⇒(2a−16)×15=600

⇒(2a−16)=40 [By dividing both side by 15]

2a=56

a=28 m

The other parallel side=a−16

a−16=28−16=12

Therefore, the sides are 28m and 12m.
