Hi friend
---------------
Your answer
---------------------

Area of a trapezium = 300 m²

Altitude of the trapezium = 16 m

Now,
-----------

Area of a trapezium = 1/2 × sum of parallel sides × altitude

=> 300 = 1/2 × Sum of parallel sides × 16

=> Sum of parallel sides = (300 × 2)/16

=> Sum of parallel sides = 37.5 m
