The area of a trapezium is 720 cm sq the lengths of its parallel sides are 24 cm and 16 cm respectively find the distances between the parallel sides

area of a trapezium=1/2×(sum of both parallel sides)×height

now let the height be x

_720=1/2×(24+16)×x

=36(answer)
