hiii!!!

here's ur answer...

given the Length of one of the parallel side is 64cm and height is 17cm.

area of the trapezium=850cm²

therefore 1/2×h(b1+b2)=850cm²

=> 1/2×17(64+b2)=850cm²

=> 8.5(64+b2)=850cm²

=> 544+8.5b2=850cm²

=> 8.5b2=850-544

=> 8.5b2=306

=> b2=306/8.5

=> b2=36

verification:-

area of the trapezium=1/2×h(b1+b2)

=1/2×17(64+36)

=8.5×100

=850cm²

hence verified

thus the Length of the other parallel side of the trapezium is 36cm.

hope this helps..!

Heya!

Length of one of the parallel side = 64cm height = 17cm.

Area of the trapezium
= 850cm²
= 1/2 × h (b1+b2) = 850cm²
=> 1/2 × 17 (64+b2) = 850cm²
=> 8.5 (64+b2) =850cm²
=> 544 + 8.5b2 = 850cm²
=> 8.5b2 = 850 - 544
=> 8.5b2 = 306
=> b2 = 306 / 8.5
=> b2 = 36

Hope it helps!
