Given that ,
Area of trapezium = 897m²
Length of one of the parellal side = 32m
Length of another parellal side = 46m

Let the distance between the parellal side or the height be ' h '

We know,

$area = \frac{1}{2} h(a + b)$

$897 = \frac{1}{2} \times h(32 + 46)$

$897 = \frac{78h}{2}$


$\frac{897 \times 2}{78} = h$
h = 23

Thus,
the height is 23M


VERIFICATION :

Area of trapezium = 1/2h(a+b)

= ½ × 23(32+46)

= 897cm²
Thus , our answer is correct !
