Area of a trapezium  = h/2 (sum of parallel sides)

let the other side be x

960 = 24/2 (46 +x)

960 = 12 (46+x)

80 = 46+x

x = 34cm

Step-by-step explanation:

area of a trapezium = 1/2×height × (sum of two parallel sides)

1/2×24(46+x) = 960

12(46+x) = 960

46+x = 960/12

46+x = 80

x= 80-46

x= 34

other parallel side = 34 cm.

hope it will help you.
