trapezium is 24m and one its parallel sides is of length 20m, find the

length of the other parallel side​

area = 600m^2

height =24 m

one parallel side = 20

another = ?

Area of trapezium = 1/2 × height × ( sum of parallel side )

600 = 1/2 ×24 × (20 + b )

600 = 12 ×(20 +b )

600/12 = 20+ b

50 = 20 + b

50-20 =b

30 = b

hence the length of the other paralle side of trapezijm is 30m
