Now,

 \frac{1}{2}  \times (sum \: of \: 11 \: sides) \times height = 168

36 = (36+20)×height

height =  \frac{336}{54}  = 6m \\

∴ height of non-parallel side=√6²+8²

= √100

= 10cm Ans.
