Answer:

Here it is given that

Area of a triangle whose one of it's base is = 14m

is given as 84m²

Area = 84m²

Base size is equal to = 14m

To find it's height , to find the Altitude

Let the Altitude or Height be "X"

There are two Process to find the Height when area of Triangle is given

  • Heron's Formula
  • Normal Area of Triangle Formula

Here we are Taking normal Formula So

Area of Triangle = 1/2×b×h

84m² = 1/2×14m×h

84m² = 7m×h

h = 84m²/7m

h = 12m

\huge\mathbb{SOLUTION:-}

\bf{Given:-}\begin{cases}\sf{Area\:of\: triangle=84m{}^{2}}\\ \sf{base=14m}\end{cases}

\huge\star{\sf{\red{To\:Find:-}}}

  • We have to find the height of triangle

\boxed{\sf{\star{Area\:of\: triangle=\frac{1}{2}\times base\times height}}}

  • Now

  • The height of triangle

\sf\implies Area\:of\triangle=\frac{1}{2}\times base\times height\\ \\ \sf\implies 84=\frac{1}{\cancel2}\times \cancel{14}\times h\\ \\ \sf\implies 84=7h\\ \\ \sf\implies \cancel{\frac{84}{7}}=height\\ \\ \sf\implies  Height =12m

  • The height of ∆ is

\huge\boxed{\sf{\star{\red{Height\:of\: triangle=12m}}}}
