  • Side of square = 10m

  • Area of triangle = Area of square

  • Altitude ( height ) of triangle = 5m

  • Length of triangle.

We know ,

 \boxed{ \rm{area \: of \: square =  {side}^{2} }}

Area (square) = 10²

 \therefore \:  \sf{area \: of \: square \: is \: 100 {m}^{2} }.

Given that ,

  • area of square = area of triangle.

So, Area of triangle = 100m²

 \boxed{ \rm{area \: of \:t rinagle =  \frac{1}{2} \times length  \times height }}

   \\   \sf{ 100 = \frac{1}{2} \times length  \times height } \\  \\  \\     \sf{ 100 = \frac{1}{2}  \times \: length  \times 5} \\  \\  \\  \sf{length =  \frac{ \cancel{ {100}} \:  \: ^{20} \times 2}{ { \cancel5} \: ^{1} } } \\  \\  \\  \therefore \boxed{ \rm{ \green{length = 40m}}}

 \\  \\

Hence , length of triangle is 40m.
