the area of a triangle is equal to the rectangle whose length and breadth are 20 cm and 15 CM respectively calculate the height of the triangle if its base measurements 30 cm​

GIVEN : area of triangle=area of rectangle.

Area of triangle =1/2×base×height
Area of rectangle =length ×breadth

so, 1/2×base ×height=lenght ×breadth

i.e 1/2×30×height =20×15
15×height =20×15
height=20×15/15
height =20cm
