 Given \:area \: of \:a \: triangle (A) \\= \frac{2}{5} \: square \:feet

 One \: side (b) = \frac{6}{5} \: feet

 Let \: second \: side  = h \: feet

 i)Now , A = \frac{2}{5} \: square \:feet

 \implies \frac{1}{2} \times bh = \frac{2}{5} \: square \:feet

 \implies \frac{1}{2} \times \frac{6}{5} \times h = \frac{2}{5} \: square \:feet

 \implies h = \frac{2 \times 2\times 5 }{5 \times 6 } \\= \frac{2}{3} \:feet

 ii) Hypotenuse (h) = \sqrt{b^{2} + h^{2}} \\=\sqrt{( \frac{6}{5})^{2} +( \frac{2}{3})^{2} } \\= \sqrt{ \frac{36}{25} + \frac{4}{9} }\\= \sqrt{\frac{324+100}{225} } \\= \sqrt{\frac{424}{225}} \\= \frac{20.59}{15} \\= 1.37 \: feet

Therefore.,

 \red{Length \:of \: Hypotenuse} \green{ = 1.37 \: feet }
