the area of a triangle of base 35 cm 420 cm .Find its altitude.

1/2×35×altitude =420

altitude =420×2/35=24

=>420 = 35 ×h/2
=> 420××2 = 35 ×h
=> 840  = 35×h
=> h = 840÷35
=> altitude = 24cm
