Hello mates,

Given that

1. Area of the triangle= 420cm

2. Base of the triangle= 35cm

3. Height (altitude) of the triangle= ?

Formula and calculations:

Area of a triangle = 1/2 * b * h

putting the value, we get,

420 = 1/2 * 35 * h

420 * 2 = 35 * h

840 = 35 * h

840/35 = h

h = 24cm
